+ Do you have scholarships?

Please apply to any of our full time courses and we will contact you to see if you are elegible for a scholarship. We do not have scholarships for our part time courses.

+ Can I return a class after it’s been purchased?

We do not offer refunds. We can however add a credit to your name which will be valid for 1 year.

+ Are your machines available for rent?

We do not rent time on our machines. You, however, have access to our machines duing our sewing classes.

+ How many times a week are the part-time courses?

All part-time courses run once a week for two hours on the same day and same time as the start date.

+ Are there extra costs for the part-time programs?

There are supplies required for some of our part-time programs. A supply list will be provided to you before the start of your course. Supplies are available to purchase through us or can be purchased elsewhere. Supplies are also available by checking your program outline on our program pages.

+ Do I need to bring my own machine for the sewing class?

We provide students with machines for our sewing classes.

+ What is your policy for scheduling a private?

All private classes must be booked and paid for 48 hours before the scheduled class time.

+ What is your policy if I need to cancel a private?

No cash refunds are given for private classes. If you're unable to attend your class due to extenuating circumstances, or you change your mind after purchase a class credit will be added to your account. All class credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Notice of cancelation must be given within 48 hours of the scheduled class time, otherwise you will not be eligable for a credit

+ How long will the online class recording stay for?

The recorded class will be available for 12 weeks.

+ Can I cancel my part-time class enrollment and get a refund?

Customers may cancel their part-time class enrollment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a credit. Notice of cancelation must be given within 48 hours of the scheduled class time, otherwise you will not be eligable for a credit

+ Are installment plans available?

Installment plans are available for all full-time programs and our 2-week intensive programs.

+ What are the hours for the full-time programs?

Full-time programs run for 8 hours of class per week spread out over 3 days, plus 12 hours of self-directed lab time per week to be scheduled at your convenience.

+ Are there extra costs associated with your programs?

The extra costs associated with the certificate and degree programs include materials and supplies needed to complete your program’s projects.

+ Does the school provide assistance in finding a co-op during the three-year co-op diploma?

Yes, we will assist you in finding the best placement for your skills and desired career path.

+ Do you have affiliations with any overseas schools?

+ Should I purchase a laptop?

Students are advised NOT to purchase a perfonal laptop computer until specifications and requirements have been provided to successful applicants.
