Fashion Design Scholarships
How it Works
Our scholarships are awarded on a merit and/or financial basis. They’re for those students enrolled in our diploma program and those committing to three or more certificates. Contact us, or contact our admissions team to request more information.
*Scholarship Awards can not be combined with any other promotional offer. Scholarships are awarded based on students paying the full program costs.
You’re Eligible
If you’re 17 years or older at the time of application and fulfill all admission requirements for your particular program you’ve been accepted to study at The Cut Fashion Design Academy. Suppose you’re applying to our full-time program.
Apply: Two-Step Process
Apply to enroll at The Cut Design Academy, ensuring you fulfill our admission requirements.
Fill in our scholarship application form below and submit it along with:
A sketchbook with thoughts and ideas free flowing
A minimum of six-piece capsule collection illustrated
Art work of any medium (two to three pieces)
Two pieces of sewn work (one a dress shirt with buttons and one a skirt with zipper and waistband)
Three photography images
Please name your files (Your Full Name + Project Name) *We accept multiple files with pdf, .docx, .doc, .jpeg, .png format up to 10 MB
What Are We Looking For?
Your portfolio will be reviewed by the Dean, Liza Deyrmenjian who’ll look for signs of an unusual level of determination and commitment to your craft, integrity to design, and point of view through sketches, artwork, and essay.

We are located less than forty five minutes from Grouse Mountain and a two and a half hour drive will take you to magestic Whistler Mountain.
